Our Scope: We can source any luxury designer item, using our network of international partnerships.
The Process:
Request Submission: Fill out our Request form with as much detail as possible about your desired item. Include your budget. We'll only proceed if we're confident we can find it within your range. We will not charge a fee if your desired item falls outside your budget.
Confirmation: We'll review your request and get back to you to confirm whether we can or not, source the item based on your budget.
Non-refundable Sourcing Fee: A non-refundable fee of US$200 applies once confirmed we can source the item within your budget. This fee covers our time, effort, and maintains our valuable partnerships.
Success! We Find Your Item:
If we locate your desired item within your budget:
You can choose to proceed with the purchase. In this case, the US$200 sourcing fee will be applied towards the final price.
You can also choose to decline the purchase. In this instance, the US$200 fee remains non-refundable as compensation for our sourcing efforts.
Pre-Loved Alternatives: If we cannot find your desired item new within your budget, we can suggest pre-loved (second-hand) options.
International Sourcing: Please note that we source items internationally, so additional shipping costs (duties, taxes, etc) may apply depending on the shipping destination.
